At theFeinheit, we believe in the power of community and authentic recommendations. Our Ambassador Program is designed to reward individuals who help share our brand and connect us with new customers.
Program Overview
The Ambassador Program is automatically activated upon account creation on our website. Every registered customer is instantly enrolled as an ambassador — no separate sign-up is required.
Commission Structure
Ambassadors earn rewards based on two commission types:
Referral Bonus:
A one-time $50 reward is granted for every new customer referred, once their first purchase is completed.
Lifetime Commission:
Ambassadors receive a $25 commission on every future purchase made by their referred customers — regardless of the order amount.
Note: Ambassadors do not earn commission on their own purchases. However, they are eligible to participate in our Luxe Reward Program for exclusive discounts and rewards.
Referral Tracking Rules
- > The referral link establishes a permanent connection between the ambassador and the referred individual — as long as the referral uses the link during their first registration and maintains the same email or shipping address in future purchases.
- > This connection is not overridden by future referral links from other ambassadors.
- > Even if the referred customer returns directly to our website later (without using the referral link), the ambassador will continue to earn lifetime commissions as long as the original tagging conditions are met.

Ambassadors have access to a dedicated portal for tracking performance, commissions, and referral activity:

Payout Details
- > Payouts are processed monthly, with payments issued on the 5th of each month, covering all eligible commissions earned between the 1st and the last day of the previous calendar month.
- > Ambassadors will continue to receive monthly commission payments even if they are no longer actively promoting, as long as their referred contacts continue to make purchases and a valid payment method (PayPal or bank account) remains on file.
- > It is the ambassador’s responsibility to ensure that accurate and up-to-date payment details are provided in their account settings.
- > TheFeinheit will not be held responsible for delayed or failed payouts resulting from incorrect or inactive PayPal or bank information.
- > In such cases, the funds will remain credited to the ambassador’s account and will be released as soon as the payment details are updated and verified.
Additional Terms
theFeinheit reserves the right to audit referrals and withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud, self-referral, or abuse of the program.
By participating in the program, ambassadors agree to these terms and to use ethical practices when promoting TheFeinheit.
