At theFeinheit, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. While we do not accept returns, we do offer full refunds under specific conditions outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- > The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- > A refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- > The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, tags, and documentation.
- > The customer provides clear photographic evidence of the issue to support the claim.
Note: Refunds will be issued only after the returned item is received at our warehouse and successfully inspected. Items returned without authorization will not be processed or refunded.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
Important Considerations
To maintain fairness and consistency, please review the following terms carefully before requesting a refund:
- > Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or situations where the item is no longer wanted do not qualify for a refund.
- > Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team at the designated warehouse.
- > Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration (not caused during shipping) are not eligible for a refund.
- > Unauthorized returns, including items sent without an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, will not be accepted or refunded.
- > Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. We cannot issue refunds to alternate cards, accounts, or as store credit.
- > Refund eligibility is strictly limited to product issues, such as manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or incorrect items sent.
- > Shipping fees may be deducted from the refund total if the return is not due to an error on our part.
- > If the returned product is deemed ineligible (used, incomplete, or outside the policy terms), the item may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Note: Change-of-mind, discretionary, or buyer’s remorse claims do not constitute valid grounds for a refund.
Request Process
To initiate a refund request, please email us at tracking@thefeinheit.com with the following details:
- > Order number
- > Description of the issue
- > Clear, high-resolution photos showing the condition or defect
You will receive a response within 24 hours. If your request is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and, where applicable, provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged. If applicable, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item. Please contact us at tracking@thefeinheit.com to begin the exchange review process.
Shipping & Return Instructions
If a return is authorized, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your RMA and return instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
