Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account lets you track your order, earn Luxe Points, and access our Ambassador Program.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We understand that things happen — if you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order is still pending and has not been picked or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Orders can be changed or cancelled only if they have not yet been processed. Once your order enters processing or has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified.

What if my order is delayed?
Check your tracking link from the shipping confirmation email. Delays can occur due to customs or couriers. If tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, kindly contact us.

Can I return an item I bought with Affirm?
Yes, you can return an item you bought with Affirm by initiating the return process with the store.
Does checking my eligibility affect my credit?
No, your credit won’t be affected when you create an Affirm account or check your eligibility (including checking your pre qualification eligibility). When you apply for or check to see if you prequalify for Affirm financing, it’s considered a soft inquiry, which does not affect your credit. Do I need a mobile number to use Affirm?

📦 Returns & Refunds
Can I return my item?
We accept returns for items that is:

>> Defective
>> Delivered incorrectly
Refund eligibility
>> Request must be made within 14 days
>> Product must be unused, in original packaging with invoice
>> For damaged items, include clear photos
Do you exchange item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If the item is eligible for refund, we will send a return shipping label and we will issue a full refund to the same payment method. Please see our policy for more information.
How long does it take for the refund process?
Refunds are processed within 2 days after we received and inspect the returned item. For orders that have been canceled or not shipped, the refund is processed immediately.
