We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our company. We offer 14-day return policy to our customers, counting from the day the parcel was received. Our representatives are ready to assist you promptly.

Return Policy (After 14 Days on delivery date):

In order to be eligible for a return, items must be in the original condition, undamaged with no visible signs of wear. Original tags (if any) must be attached and the item must include the invoice and the original packaging.
For defective/damaged items: please include a clear and high resolution images of the defect/damaged in your request email
Upon receipt of the email, our team will respond to your email within 24-hrs to acknowledge that the return/refund is under review.
It may take us up to 7 business days to reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which all exchanges and refunds require to be processed. The RMA number will be in the body of the email, along with the pre-paid return shipping label for qualified returns.
Upon approval of return, please allow up to 14 days for your credit to be processed.
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued based on the original form of payment only.
