Unfortunately, we do not offer direct pickups from our warehouses for security and logistical reasons. However, we strive to deliver orders to our customers as quickly as possible using our reliable shipping partners.

We do not offer public access to our warehouses for safety and security reasons. However, we provide detailed product descriptions and images on our website to help you make informed purchasing decisions.

Yes, we offer international shipping from most of our warehouse locations.

However, shipping options and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Our website dynamically adjusts the product availability based on the country you select at the beginning. If the product does not appear on the product page, it indicates that it is not available for shipment to your selected country.

 

However, you can always change the country in the footer of our website. By doing so, the product page will refresh, displaying only the items that are available for shipment to the newly selected country.

 

This ensures that you have access to products that can be delivered to your desired location.

 

Please note that you cannot mix products by changing the country, as this may create errors during the checkout process. To ensure a smooth ordering experience, we recommend placing separate orders for each country if you need products to be delivered to multiple locations.  This helps to prevent any complications during checkout and ensures accurate delivery to each destination.

Orders & Payments

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

*Coming Soon: Tabby, Tamara, and Postpay are only available in some countries in the Middle East.  Please check your eligibility before paying thru this methods.

The local currency will be automatically displayed based on your selected location, ensuring you see prices in the appropriate currency for your area. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged by default in USD for a competitive exchange rate.

If you pay by credit/debit card, PayPal, the payment will be charged when you place your order.

For customers who opt to Tabby, Tamara or Postpay payment method, the 1st installment will be deducted when you place your order (usually 25% of the total amount), then the remaining installment will be deducted monthly (3-installments).

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it’s been submitted.

Processed orders may not be cancelled or modified. 

If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Shipping Methods and Cost

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, methods and total order. 

       Standard:

  • Base fee 
  • 10% OFF from $500
  • 40% OFF from $1,000
  • FREE Shipping from $5,000 and up

      Express: Additional fixed fee

Shipping Restrictions

  • Restriction on delivery to certain locations and addresses: PO boxes, APO/FPO
  • Delivery is restricted to countries engaged in active conflict due to safety and logistical concerns

Shipping and delivery is handled by top-notch logistics providers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

We deliver globally to bring our products right to your doorstep.

 

Shipping costs will vary based on your location, to get the most accurate shipping cost, simply enter your address during checkout.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. 

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately with any of our contact options: Contact Us page,  e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp.

 

There is no guarantee that it can still be modified since shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped or scheduled for shipment.

 

Shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal may not be modified once the order has been submitted.

Returns & Refunds

We offer 14-day return policy to our customers, counting from the day the parcel was received. Please refer to our Returns & Refund policy page for more information.

Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.  However, please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Our tracking page would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support team and we can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support team to check if it's eligible for refund.

We do not exchange a purchased item; however, to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
